Zapto.Shoes offers a myriad of shipping options, in the United States and worldwide!

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses.

For orders $500 and above, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

Order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

We'll gladly ship internationally!

Exchanges and Returns

Not completely satisfied with the product? We understand that sometimes the sizes are a little off, so we make it easy for you to return and exchange product.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges to Zapto.Shoes every day, you'll just need to cover shipping back to us. Here's how it works:

Exchanges are processed like a return and reissued as a new order. You'll receive a credit for the items you're sending back and a separate charge for the exchange order placed.

Just drop us an email (contact@zaptoshoes.com), and we'll get the ball rolling on your exchange! Exchanges can be made within 15 days of the ship date.

Returns

You may always return unworn shoes for a refund to your original form of payment (credit, debit or Paypal).

We guarantee to refund all items returned within 15 days of the ship date in new, unworn and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with the shipping invoice.

To start the return process, just send us an email at contact@zapto.shoes, and we'll help you then.

Allow 10 business days for the return to be completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

We are unable to complete refunds for items that have not been returned to us.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Itens marked as final sale at time of purchase cannot be returned.

With a Gift Receipt, if the return is within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of a Gift Card. After 45 days you will receive the current selling price of the merchandise in the form of a Gift Card.
